He urged us to go beyond improving our IQ, or intelligence because information is already out there, and said we need to focus more on developing our Emotional Quotient EQ, or how we relate with other people and AQ or Adversity Quotient which is pertains to our ability to respond to changes and how we adapt. “Like I said the only thing permanent in this world is change, and I do believe that most of us are products of changes,” he began.
